“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfected of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning it’s shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”(Hebrews 12:1 NIV)
Statement of Faith The Last Call ministries (intl)/ Gods Heart Ministries (Ke)
• I believe the Bible is the inspired word of God written by divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit and brought to us through faithful witnesses of the power of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. (2 Timothy 3:16)
• I believe the Bible is without error and unable to fail. It is the word of God and no word of God falls to the ground. God is right and true in all His ways. His words are power and life to all who will choose to believe. (Psalm 145:17, Deuteronomy 32:4, Psalm 33:4 & Psalm 18:30)
• I believe the Bible was given to fulfill all righteousness in Jesus and lead all men to the complete understanding and relationship with Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:15 & Psalm 40:7)
• I believe the Bible has been passed down from generation to generation to fulfill the mighty plan of the word of God; which was put in place since the beginning of time. The words of the Bible are true and will bring all people to righteousness in God through Jesus. (2 Timothy 3:16)
• I believe God is and always has been. He was and is and is to come. I believe in the Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit. I believe they are one, but that each is their own person. I believe they are perfect and operate as one, but also individually in their own way. Each has a place and a fulfillment of scripture. All three are spoken of together and all three are spoken of separately. These are the three in one; the Godhead. (John 1:1, Mark 1:1, Colossians 1:15, 1 John 5:7-8, Ephesians 1:3 & Luke 3:22)
• I believe that God created all things, and that He did it in six days, as He spoke it into being. His words are literal. He spoke and it was so. I believe that at the beginning there was not only God, but also Jesus and the Holy Spirit. All three were with Him in the beginning. (John 1:1-3)
• I believe Jesus is the eternal son of God, the creator who was with God in the beginning. (John 1:1-18)
• I believe Jesus was the son of man, in the flesh, born of women by God himself. (Galatians 4:4, Galatians 4:29, Romans 1:3 & Luke 1:35)
• I believe Jesus suffered, died, and rose from the dead on the third day, just as he said he would do. (1 Corinthians 15:4, Acts 1:3 & Matthew 17:23)
• I believe He gave all men opportunity for salvation, and for full complete healing of their bodies; by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5, 1 Peter 2:24)
• Since the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, Satan stole our place with God and became the God of this world; Leaving man cursed. I believe Jesus came into this world to lead all men back to God. (2 Corinthians 4:4, John 12:31, John 14:30, John 16:11)
• I believe now Jesus has redeemed us from the curse and put Satan under our feet and restored the kingdom to His people. (Galatians 3:13 & Colossians 2:15)
• I believe that Jesus is the Messiah, foretold by prophecy, brought into this world as the King of the Jews, but was rejected by His own people. (Isaiah 53:2, Ezekiel 17:24 & Matthew 11:13)
• I believe Jesus is equal with God; that He is God. (Philippians 2:6 & 1 Timothy 2:5)
• I believe He (Jesus) surrendered His life to the Father for His work to accomplish the Father’s plan, and that He humbled himself even unto death. One day, every knee will bow and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. (Philippians 2:8 & Hebrews 5:8)
